FlowWorks is a business automation service based in Bangalore, India.
What we collect When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, business type, city, and a description of your problem. We collect this solely to understand your needs and get in touch with you.
How we use your information Your details are used only to contact you about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties.
Where your data is stored Form submissions are processed securely through Formspree. You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Your rights You can request that we delete your information at any time by emailing us at support@flowworks.in. We will remove your data within 7 business days.
1. Services FlowWorks provides automation workflow design, development, and maintenance services. All services are delivered digitally. FlowWorks does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead volumes as results depend on the client's business, industry, and usage of the automation.
2. Payment A 50% advance is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Monthly maintenance fees are due on the 1st of each month. Payments delayed beyond 7 days will result in service suspension. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Intellectual Property All automation workflows, designs, and systems built by FlowWorks remain the intellectual property of FlowWorks until full and final payment is received. Upon complete payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the automation for their business only. Workflows may not be resold, shared, or replicated.
4. Third Party Tools FlowWorks builds automations using third party platforms including but not limited to Make.com, n8n, WhatsApp Business API, and Google Workspace. FlowWorks is not responsible for downtime, errors, policy changes, or service disruptions caused by these platforms.
5. Client Obligations The client agrees to provide accurate business information, necessary account access, and timely responses to FlowWorks communications. Delays caused by the client do not extend FlowWorks delivery timelines or entitle the client to refunds.
6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, automation designs, pricing, and communications confidential. Neither party will share the other's proprietary information with third parties without written consent.
7. Cancellation Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice via WhatsApp or email. The client remains liable for fees during the notice period. FlowWorks reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability FlowWorks liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the month the issue occurred. FlowWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or missed business opportunities.
9. Dispute Resolution Disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and governed by Indian law.
10. Amendments FlowWorks reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
